Class of 2019

Today Joel graduated from Springville High School. We now have two Red Devils in the family.

To begin his graduation day, Joel decided to go visit Grandma and Grandpa Tueller in their assisted living center. Normally they would have attended the graduation ceremony, but it it involved too much walking and too many stairs.

 Pomp and Circumstancing.

Good friend Grant giving an excellent valedictorian speech. He won state last week in several running events and he talked about over coming challenges of leg injuries, not up to par running and his father's death this year.

Walking out to get his diploma.

Yellow Cord means high honors. White collar is for National Honor Society. Red and Blue lei made and gifted to Joel by friend Kimo.

I grilled in on and off rain 18 hot dogs, 40 hamburgers and 6 portobello mushrooms for a graduation party with family and friends.

With Mr Douglas who taught Joel psychology, sociology and AP Government.

For the past two years Joel has been on the year book staff. He was involved in lots of other things too. His goal this year was to make it a stellar year full of memories, friends and fun. That he did.

He was on the soccer team for four years.

He entertained us with his Mr. Springville antics.

And his Quiz Bowl team was runner up two years in a row to the same winning team.

Well played Joel.
